Sapa Sliding Door 2125

The 2125 sliding door is made of insulated aluminium profiles with a frame depth of 117 mm and a door leaf depth of 50 mm. The insulation consists of 24 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The sliding door has double bogie wheels that run on a stainless steel rail. The door leaf is offset in relation to the fixed part.

Glazing

Unprotected glazed surfaces which are so located that they can be reached by persons shall be designed so as to limit the risk of injury. Such glazed surfaces shall be dimensioned so as to withstand the dynamic influence of a person. Applicable standards and requirements should be taken into account.

Clear dimension

Sliding doors make it possible to obtain large entries to, for example, restaurants and verandas. They can be made as either single- or double-wing sliding doors.

Fitting functions

The 2125 sliding terrace door has double bogie wheels that run on a stainless steel rail. The door leaf is offset in relation to the fixed part. The sliding door can be equipped with either an espagnolette fitting or a hook latch lock. The espagnolette fitting has four locking points as well as a handle and a cylinder lock. The hook latch lock is complemented with a handle for operating the sliding function.

Fixing principles

Sliding doors must be fixed to a stable and suitable wall structure. The choice of fixing method depends on the wall type. The number and location of fixing points depends on the size of the sliding door.
