Sapa Door 2050/Glazed Elements 3050 E30 fire rating

Glazed doors and wall elements based on uninsulated aluminium profiles with a profile depth of 50 mm. Fire rated elements shall be made using fire rated glass or infill panels approved for the building system.

The doors can be made of door leaf profiles suitable for all types of locks with maximum door leaf dimensions of 1285 x 2140 mm. For double-leaf doors the maximum outside width of the door leafs is 2100 mm.

Thresholds are available in various versions, the doors can also be installed without a threshold with a 10 mm gap under the bottom edge.

Glazed wall elements can have a maximum length of 10000 mm and a maximum height of 2200 mm.

The choice of framework profiles range from 74 mm to 172 mm. For vertical extension there are special profiles that are made as dividing profiles.

Sapa Glazed Element 3050 with SGG Contraflam Structure is an allglass system with fire resistant function. The vertical joints are made of silicone sealing without vertical profiles according to glass manufacturer’s installation instruction.. The constructionis for interior applications with a maximum height of 3100 mm. Maximum element length without dividing profiles is 6600 mm. The element can be combined with Sapa Door 2050, maximum height 2200 or Sapa Door 2060, maximum height  3000 mm.

Sapa Glazed Elements 3050 with SGG Contraflam Structure are only approved for attachment to heavy construction frame.

Clear dimension

Doors and entries should be designed with enough space (clear dimension) for person traffic and to allow passage in a wheel chair. Even other openings in transfer routes shall be designed so as to allow passage in a wheel chair. Applicable standards and requirements should be taken into account. In escape routes the regulations regarding the opening dimensions must be adhered to as well.
